Job Overview:
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our customers, dealerships, and service teams. Your primary responsibility is to manage customer service inquiries and requests from German- and Czech-speaking markets. You will coordinate services, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
This is a hybrid position, offering the benefit of 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely, providing you with the flexibility to balance professional and personal life while still fostering team collaboration and in-office support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from German- and Czech-speaking regions, handling service inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate service appointments, repairs, and maintenance schedules between customers and dealerships.
- Ensure smooth and timely communication between customers, technical teams, and service departments.
- Manage and track the service workflow, ensuring all requests are logged, updated, and completed within the set timelines.
- Proactively follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction with the services provided.
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams and escalating issues when necessary.
- Provide customers with regular updates on the status of their service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback from customer interactions to internal teams.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and Czech (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience or interest in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic software tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
