As a Service Coordinator, you will be the vital link between our customers, dealerships, and service teams. Your primary responsibility is to manage customer service inquiries and requests from German- and Czech-speaking markets. You will coordinate services, resolve issues, and ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service.
This is a hybrid position, offering the benefit of 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely, providing you with the flexibility to balance professional and personal life while still fostering team collaboration and in-office support.
