Role Summary
• A broad financial background in IFRS15 as revenue and revenue growth are two of the key measures of financial performance used by Experian as a result, it is vital that revenue numbers are accurate. The Group prepares its accounts under IFRS and must comply with the requirements of IFRS15 regarding revenue recognition. Therefore, strong skills in financial accounting and reporting are vital. A strong understanding of Experian’s processes, systems, policies and controls will be helpful.
• The ability to step into detailed processes to support the resolution of issues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Including the ability to present effectively to senior stakeholders and global teams.
• Strong leadership skills, a positive and proactive approach.
• Commitment to ongoing process improvement and use of automation.
Qualifications
• An Accounting or Finance professional in good standing with minimum 4+ years of proven work experience in accounting, controllership or a related finance field.

• Proven leadership experience
• An effective communicator in Spanish and English, both verbally and written. Fluent English is a must.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to details.
• Able to adapt and solve issues.
