Job Highlights:
As a Geospatial Analyst with RGi , you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in support of customer projects involving dynamic geospatial information to include non-traditional GEOINT, OSINT, IMINT, and foundational intelligence data. Analytic products will fuse multiple sources of information into key findings, and geo-temporal pattern-of-life analysis to provide insight to customer requirements.

Clearance:
Active Top Secret clearance with an ability to obtain SCI access and willingness to obtain CI Polygraph
US Citizenship required

As a Geospatial Analyst you will...

  • Ensure all products meet quality and material specifications in accordance with customer needs.
  • Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and intelligence analysis and continuity between strategic, operational, and tactical level planning.
  • Utilize ArcGIS, RemoteView, and Google Earth to assist in visualizing and analyzing vector and raster geospatial data.
  • Design, develop, and operate scalable, custom workflows and using ArcGIS, QGis, and/or ENVI.
  • Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of intelligence requirements.  
  • Interpret and correlate seemingly unrelated information to determine links and patterns while incorporating the use of automated analysis and custom-developed tools.
  • Writing reports specific to customer requirements and according to their specifications

Geospatial Analyst Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Geographic Information Science (GIS) or related field. 4 years of additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.  
  • Prior experience conducting research to find meaningful information in unstructured data.
  • Working knowledge of collection process and data structure, and all source analysis of at least two intelligence collection disciplines (OSINT, HUMINT, SIGINT, MASINT or IMINT) including its requirements/tasking process, collection platforms and its POC’s within the community of interest.
  • Strong communication and briefing skills; candidate must be able to write and deliver products to diverse audiences when necessary, including write products to customer specified requirements

Additional Skills We’d Like to See:

  • Master’s degree in information technology, Geographic Information Science (GIS) or related field preferred or the equivalent combination of military training and experience.
  • 6 years of work experience in GIS conducting analysis on variety of data types.
  • Scripting experience with Python, GDAL, ENVI IDL, and/or ArcGIS Model Builder
