We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant Summer Intern to join our team. As a research assistant, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on Generative AI use cases and assisting our team in identifying potential applications and opportunities. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning.

  • Conduct extensive research on Generative AI use cases, including literature reviews, case studies, and industry trends.
  • Assist in identifying potential applications and opportunities for Generative AI in the real estate and commercial real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop research methodologies and frameworks.
  • Collect and analyze data related to Generative AI use cases in the real estate and commercial real estate context.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries of research findings tailored to the business needs of our company and industry.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to understand technical aspects and translate them into business insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and developments in Generative AI and their potential impact on the real estate and commercial real estate industry.

 

We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have: 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Generative AI.
  • Familiarity with research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI.
  • Business acumen and interest specifically in real estate or commercial real estate.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.
Compensation
$20—$23 USD
