Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer to join our team and lead the development of the IEDR Gen AI Tool Suite in the Azure environment. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and refining AI solutions, with a focus on developing generative AI assistants to support the team’s daily operations. The position will also involve prompt development, educating users on best practices, and collaborating with Data and Solution Architects to optimize AI architecture for efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generative AI Solution Development: Lead the development of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions within the Azure platform, with a focus on improving efficiency and meeting user needs.
• Solution Evaluation and Optimization: Continuously evaluate the developed Generative AI solution and suggest improvements or adjustments to meet evolving needs and technology advancements.
• Prompt Development: Create and refine AI prompts, ensuring they generate the best results for users interacting with the Generative AI assistants.
• User Training: Teach users the best practices for using the developed solution and creating effective prompts for optimal AI output.
• Architecture Assessment: Review the existing Generative AI architecture, identify potential changes, and recommend cost and time-saving opportunities for improvements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Data and Solution Architects to address technology and platform-related challenges, and drive innovation across the project.
• User Interface Support: If required, support the development of user interfaces to facilitate smooth interaction with the developed Generative AI tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Titulado o Pasante
• Inglés intermedio avanzado
• Conocimiento en Programación enfocada a  Machine Learning
• Conocimiento Basico de Python en librerias como Scikit-learn para modelos tradicionales (regresión, clasificación y clustering)
• Conocimiento en overfitting, validación cruzada, y evaluación de metricas.
• Generative AI y conceptos RAG
• Experiencia básica con Cloud services como AWS (S3, Bedrock, Textract) Azure para data storage, procesamiento y despliegues
• Data Processing: Habilidades en limpiar, transformar y preparar datos, trabajando con volumenes grandes  (CSV, JSON, databases) usando herramientas como  Pandas y NumPy.
