General Virtual Assistant (Ecom Hire Hub)

About the Role:
As a General Virtual Assistant, you’ll provide vital administrative support to ensure our team operates efficiently and effectively. From managing schedules to coordinating virtual meetings and conducting research, your organizational skills and proactive approach will be essential in keeping our eCommerce operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule Management: Organize and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members, ensuring efficient time management.

Email Support: Handle email correspondence, respond on behalf of team members when necessary, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Research & Reporting: Conduct research on eCommerce trends, competitors, or specific projects, and compile data into actionable reports.

Document Management: Assist with creating, editing, and managing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets relevant to eCommerce operations.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule virtual meetings, set up video calls, prepare agendas, and ensure meeting follow-ups are tracked.

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, travel arrangements, and maintaining organized records.

eCommerce Assistance: Support operational tasks such as updating product listings, monitoring order statuses, or handling customer inquiries as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

🎯 Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
🎯 Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon) is a plus.
🎯 Proficiency in productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana).
🎯 Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
🎯 Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently in a remote environment.
