POSITION SUMMARY
We’re redefining how people access their pay—making it faster, easier, and more flexible. As General Manager of our Payroll division, you’ll lead the charge in expanding access to earned wages, driving innovation, and scaling our products. We allow customers to access their wages as they earn them, and Payroll systems are at the heart of this. This role requires a strategic leader with deep experience in building B2B relationships, capable of navigating complex financial ecosystems while delivering exceptional user experiences.
This full-time, hybrid role based in Mountain View (HQ) requires three days per week in the office. The U.S. base salary range is $275,200 - $405,000, plus benefits and equity ownership in the company.
