Overview
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the retail business in Macau. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, including experience in sales, marketing, and operations. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks. Station in Macau is a must for this position.
What You Will Do
Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that is in line with the company’s goals and objectives
Managing all aspects of the retail business, including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other key stakeholders
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of business initiatives
Managing a team of employees and providing guidance and support as needed
Identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise in the course of business operations
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in retail management or related field
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
Knowledge of retail operations and industry trends
Station in Macau 5 days a week is a must
