Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced General Manager of Finance and Accounting to oversee the financial operations and guide financial strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.


What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
  • Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team, ensuring that all team members are aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets, and present them to senior management and the board of directors
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners
  • Participate in the development of strategic plans and provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a management role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, and to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in property industry is a must
