About the role:   

We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our business in China, overseeing operations, governmental relations, strategic partnerships, GTM strategy, and more. This role is crucial in driving results and growth in the real-time supply chain visibility market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives, working collaboratively with global teams, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a key market for us. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Build and maintain relationships with key government officials and stakeholders 
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners, data providers, and negotiate partnership agreements as necessary 
• Represent p44 to our investors, CIC, trade shows etc 
• Collaborate with our internal Product team to develop new strategies and products for the Chinese market 
• Collaborate with our internal cross-functional teams like Legal, Finance, HR, Product, Engineering, Sales etc 
• Creating and executing go-to-market strategies to maximize market penetration 
• Developing and implementing a long-term strategic plan for the business in China 

Requirements & Skills: 

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Operations Management and/or Business Strategy 
• Strong understanding of the Chinese market and business practices 
• Experience working with the Chinese Government, the CIC, Managing investor relations 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills (Mandarin and English) 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
