Lyft is looking for a leader to manage the Bay Wheels bikesharing program, which serves 5 municipalities in the Bay Area with nearly 500 stations and over 7000 bikes, including 4000 ebikes. This leader will own the operational & financial outcomes for the system, which includes responsibility for program leadership, contract management, service quality, partnership with local governments, and overall operational excellence. We also expect this leader to play a role in supporting cross functional initiatives across Lyft Urban Solutions in areas such as product development and policy. It’s an extraordinary moment to take on this leadership role as we continue to grow our programs.
As a General Manager, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, customer-centric bikeshare system, as well as contribute to success and learnings in additional markets through cross-market collaboration. The General Manager is a leadership role within the organization, acting as a voice of the market at all levels and teams within the organization and as a trusted representative of the company to clients and other partners.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $152,000 - $190,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
