We're currently looking for a General Finance Manager (Finance Director) with a strong background in the RV / Automotive business and expertise in team building and promoting profitability. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the financial department for the #1 RV Dealership in the US.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting, with experience working in the RV industry or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop financial plans, forecasts, budgeting, and analysis.
- Lead/manage the finance team, mentoring, and motivating them in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
- Drive performance improvements and efficiency to maximize profitability and minimize cost.
- Monitor and report on financial performance, cash flow, and compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provide guidance to the executive team, board members, and other company leadership in financial matters and strategies.
- Develop and implement robust financial controls and systems to manage risk, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and streamline financial processes.
