What we're looking for:
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 2 years at a Staff level
- Demonstrated expertise in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- Experience working with any of the major public cloud providers like GCP, AWS or Azure
- Experience developing with CI/CD orchestration and infrastructure-as-code solutions
- An understanding of shell scripting and higher-level languages such as Python and Typescript
- Experience monitoring services and infrastructure, log collection, analytics, error reporting and application performance monitoring
- Ability to guide the engineering team toward making a decision while minimizing friction and using influence as effectively as direct control.
- A track record ofplanning and executinglarge, complex, organization-wide migrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on translating business concerns into technical implementations
