General Affairs Associate

ispace is looking for a General Affairs Associate to join our growing team.

As a General Affairs Associate, you will be working in a vibrant and diverse team to help support our crew members.

Our main mission is to promote overall staff engagement by implementing new initiatives,
taking on various exciting new office projects while overseeing the facility management.

Key Responsibilities

  • General assistance to the manager in charge of multiple projects
  • Assist in overall facility management as well as the operations of sites in multiple locations within Japan
  • Proactive planning and implementation of strategies related to the group's role as service desk to all employees
  • Planning and implementation of office space improvements
  • Planning internal events and programs to enhance employees’ engagement

  • 複数プロジェクトを担うマネージャーの補佐全般
  • 国内に複数ある拠点における主に施設管理およびオィス運営全般の補佐
  • 全従業員に対するサービスデスクとしての企画戦略の積極的な立案・実施
  • オフィス空間改善に関する立案・実施
  • 従業員のエンゲージメント向上を目的とした社内イベントやプログラムの企画・実施

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of work experience in any industry with strong interest in space or startup
  • Business English / Native Japanese skills
  • Ability and experience to multi-task in a wide range of topics
  • General back-office operational experience
  • Negotiation with external suppliers and contractors
  • Experience working in a multinational members
  • A deep understanding of diversity and a flexible mindset
  • Hospitality mindset
  • A positive attitude to learning and implementing new ideas in a growing business

  • 宇宙ビジネスやスタートアップビジネスに興味があり、少なくとも5年の就業経験(業界不問)を保有する方
  • ビジネス英語と日本語
  • 幅広い業務をマルチタスクでこなす能力と経験
  • バックオフィス業務全般
  • 外部業者、コントラクターとの折衝

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification of fire and disaster prevention management (防火防災管理者)
  • Experience as a member of a project to improve the company's overall workspace environment
  • Experience in managing various internal and external events
  • Experience in internal and external negotiations related to internal policies and business travel
  • IT/System basic literacy (no need to be a specialist)
