The mission of the GA & Health Safety Environment Specialist is to ensure the good conditions of working environment in order to contribute to high level of motivation of associates and support them in order they can focus on their business. GA & HSE Specialist will provide high standard working environment for insuring motivating atmosphere and safety at work with a view also to optimize costs and respect HSE regulation .
Facility management
- Organise and provide general services to associates (building related or associates related as canteen, company cars, mobiles phones, supplies…)
- Window person for building maintenance collective services / Coordinate with landlord and suppliers until problems are solved (Air conditioning, Electricity, Cleaning, Furniture, Coffee machine, collective services / Coordinate with landlord and suppliers until problems are solved (Air conditioning, Electricity, Cleaning, Furniture, Coffee machine,
- Manage reception setting the appropriate tools / rules / awareness on security
- Organise regular tour of building for identifying items/ areas to repair / clean
- Coordinate and support expatriates for all topics related to their apartments and insurance
- Pilot regularly local surveys for assessing level of satisfaction from the staff
- Prepare material and standard documentation to new associates / support integration of new associates by informing about building security, access services, office supplies
- Manage visitors with setting annual contract with most convenient hotel within office area and taxi company for insuring smooth transportation of our visitors
- Support social events organisation in coordination with works council
Company car management
- Review regularly the company car policy in order to be aligned with the market (price, market trend,etc)
- Set up a policy on tyres management insuring security of associates for every season
- Set up simple and clear procedures in support of associates for managing own company car (customer service contact, processes for car accident with leasing agency and insurance)
Contract management / Purchasing - Manage company contract, GA suppliers ( building lease, car lease, mobile phone, outsourced contract.
- Manage ISP purchasing system required by EUGA and approve IPO within purchasing system applying DENSO purchasing policy
Health, Safety and Environment
Health & Safety
To ensure the correct application of Health Safety rules both from French regulation and DENSO H&S policy
Responsible to organize directly Health & Safety Training (Fire, First aid and safety driving), Reinforce the safety, Security conditions for DNFR
Environment
Organise process in order to minimize environmental risk / negative impact, coordinate local CO2 emission reduction activities
Optimize energy saving following governmental measures
CSR: co-ordination and promotion of DNFR CSR Activities
TS referent
Support all TS audits (ISO, IATF,etc) being a permanent member of BPM local team with increased responsability when audit is related to Environment area
Business Continuity plan
Organize / Review regularly business continuity plan in coordination with HR
EUGA process and harmonization
Contribute to harmonize / benchmark GA processes especially among small entities comparable to DNFR
Master in Administration or Engineering
Experienced at least 5 years in General Affairs activities or HSE activities
Very good level of French and English ability both written and verbal will be needed.
Able to work within an international and highly diverse and multi-cultural organization on a day-to-day basis.
