Handle monthly tax declaration and reconcile payment tax, insurance Preparing Invoices, following up on collections
Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable (A/P & A/R).
- Conduct weekly bank reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping for all journal entries.
- Participate in closing procedures (daily, weekly, monthly, year-end).
- Strong teamwork spirit and effective communication skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly ZOHO Systems, is preferred.
