We are seeking a highly skilled Gen AI Engineer to join our team of experts in artificial intelligence. You will work with some of the most advanced models and technologies, including GPT, BERT, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems. This is a technical and hands-on role that requires strong programming skills and expertise in AI model development, data science, and prompt engineering.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and fine-tune AI models such as GPT and BERT to meet specific client requirements.
- Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for enhancing model performance.
- Work with SQL and Python to manage, analyze, and transform large datasets, supporting AI-driven decision-making.
- Design and implement advanced prompt engineering techniques to improve the interaction between AI models and end-users.
- Collaborate with data scientists to integrate AI models with data pipelines and business applications.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong experience with GPT, BERT, and other AI/ML models.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI development.
- Hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Expertise in data science and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of prompt engineering and AI optimization.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in large enterprise environments or Fortune 500 companies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI deployment at scale.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Pay: $80 - $90 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
