This critical role involves overseeing license applications, renewals, and compliance reporting, while serving as the primary liaison between Agilysys and regulatory authorities.br /Working closely with internal teams - such as Legal, Product Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams, the coordinator gathers necessary documentation and ensures that br /licensing procedures are completed accurately and on time. This responsibility includes:br / Researching and identifying the personnel licensing requirements for each jurisdiction, br /ensuring full understanding of applicable laws and deadlines.br / Coordinating with licensed personnel and internal stakeholders (Legal, Product br /Development, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams) to gather necessary br /documentation.br / Completing and submitting license applications with precision, ensuring all required br /materials are included and meet regulatory standards.br / Maintaining a comprehensive calendar to track application deadlines, submission br /timelines, and any follow-up requirements from regulators./ppbr /strongDocumentation Management: /strongbr /• Develop and implement a structured system for managing all gaming licenses, permits, and br /related documentation, ensuring accuracy and easy accessibility.
