MindMaze is looking for a skilled Game Developer to join our team in developing serious immersive games for neurorehabilitation. As a Game Developer, you will be responsible for creating games that are both entertaining and therapeutic to help patients with neurological disorders regain their cognitive and physical abilities.

We'll count on you to:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neurologists, physical therapists, and designers to develop games that meet clinical standards, engage patients, and are visually stunning
- Design and implement game mechanics and gameplay features that help patients progress through their rehabilitation goals
- Translate design ideas, concepts, and requirements into a functional, challenging, engaging, and visually appealing game
- Develop games that incorporate feedback mechanisms to monitor and track patient progress while also providing a visually engaging user interface
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while utilizing state-of-the-art programming techniques
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure that games are robust
- Write and maintain software project documentation: specifications, development plan, and test cases
- Keep up-to-date with the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices, and technologies
- Be a team player who maintains a good relationship with other developers and stakeholders and utilizes an outstanding work ethic
- Self-starter, analytical, creative, highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Minimum 5 years of experience in game development
- Experience with Unity3D is mandatory
- Advanced programming skills with C#
- Written and spoken English at a proficient level
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
