We are looking a game designer to work on War of Warship Blitz to join our Shanghai Studio.
As a member in the development of engaging and immersive battleship shooter games for mobile platforms
Development Producer
Collaborate with the game design team to establish and execute the game design vision and ensure the game quality
Demonstrate deep understanding of WOWSB mechanics, player dynamics, and game balance, actively contributing to their implementation and adjustment
Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams (programming, QA, art, etc.) for successful implementation of game features
Minimum 3 years’ experience in game design
Proficiency in working with Unity
At least one online game R & D experience, preferably in hardcore game genres such as action, shooting, strategy, etc
Love games, understand mainstream games, and have clear understanding of system design, gameplay, and balance of various games
Excellent communication and self-learning abilities, coupled with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of overseeing tasks to ensure high-quality completion
Excellent time management skill
Proficiency in using game design tools, e.g. Visio, excel and so on
Good English language is a plus
Experience in working as a game designer in mobile shooters

热爱游戏，了解主流游戏，对F2P玩法设计有基本了解。
优秀的的沟通和学习能力，具备强烈的责任感，能监督任务高质量完成。
优秀的时间管理能力
熟练使用Visio, excel等开发工具。
良好的英文读写和口语表达能力。
有移动平台射击游戏类项目开发经验。
