About the Opportunity

Dentons – the world’s largest law firm is looking for great talents who might be interested in future opportunities within HR. Dentons Business Services EMEA (DBSE) is one of two offices in Poland located in Warsaw Śródmieście (Hala Mirowska vicinity) where we provide services to all Dentons offices in Europe and UK & Middle East (UKME) regions supporting over 2000 lawyers.

Areas we typically recruit for HR:

HR Administration: originating and maintaining records in HR management system for all staff & processes coordination, including onboarding, transfer, performance reviews, and renewal of fixed term contracts for Trainees and NQ.

HR Reporting: Maintaining accurate information on the HRIS and other filing systems (e.g. Filesite) & preparing HR reports

Onboarding Administration: Setting up and administering the pre-employment screening onboarding processes & Co-ordinating the new joiner induction and associated production of timetables.

Recruitment Administration: originating and maintaining records in Recruitment management systems

Requirements


  • Experience in working in an international organization, preferably HR or Operations area
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and ability to work with any HR systems
  • Analytical skills
