About the Role
Responsible for acquiring new customers, retention and maintain existing customers, conduct product cross-selling between individual or corporate customer segments with certain portfolios so there is an increase in the number of customers. Maintain Customer Quality for individual and corporate customers and providing services according to Bank standards, taking into account the inherent risks in general.
What You Will Do
- Acquire new customers, build good relationships with customers, build customer trust by identifying customer needs and provide suggestions, solutions to the customer needs.
- Perform the function as a Liquidity balancer against LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio).
- Identify and prevent the occurrence of operation loss, potential fraud and ensure that achieving satisfactory results of the Internal Audit assessment, as well as fulfilling the KYC process Customer.
- Ensure that customer complaints and fulfill customer needs consistently take into account the applicable provisions.
What You Need to Have
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in banking industry and 1-2 years as Funding Business Sales with good performance
