They're seeking a talented Fund Operations Associate to join their expanding team of over 30+ professionals across Trading & Research, Tech, and Operations. you will experience an accelerated professional growth under their dynamic environment offers a wide array of challenging assignments, fostering rapid skill development and career advancement.
What You Will Do
- Manages diverse Fund operational tasks and liaises with external partners (particularly our financial services provider). Duties include various financial activities (reconciliation, financial statement preparation, cost management, and banking operations).
- Facilitates investor engagement processes (client onboarding/due diligence, addressing general inquiries, compiling and distributing periodic updates).
- Gain comprehensive exposure to a broad spectrum of hedge fund operational and administrative functions.
What You Will Need
- A minimum of 3+ years' combined expertise in financial accounting and fund administration
- With a background working in either a quant hedge fund or crypto-related firm
- Proficiency in trade operations is highly advantageous.
- Comprehensive understanding of fund structures, legal documentation, and regulatory frameworks.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and operations.
- Meticulous attention to detail is paramount.
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in Chinese and English, coupled with professional discretion, as the role involves regular interaction with our investment partners.
