We are looking to invest in recent college graduates who are eager to join Carta's Fund Administration team and accelerate personal career development at a hyper growth FinTech company starting in mid June 2025. We are looking for motivated team players who will learn the foundational skills it takes to be a successful employee with a high growth trajectory.
The Carta New Graduate Rotational Program is designed to give recent graduates exposure to various aspects of our business, allowing them to develop a broad skill set and gain valuable hands-on experience. Over the course of 24 months, participants will have the opportunity to rotate through different functional shared services teams within Carta’s Fund Administration practice helping service our clients via teams such as Cash Reconciliation, Expenses Accounting, Capital Activity, and Investment Accounting.
This program is specifically tailored to provide a well-rounded understanding of our business operations while fostering personal and professional growth. At the end of the 24 month rotation, program participants will be placed full time on a functional shared services team or within our fund accounting teams based on business needs.
Mentorship: Each participant will be paired with a mentor from each functional team to guide and support their professional development.
Training Sessions: Regular training sessions will be conducted to enhance technical skills, soft skills, and industry knowledge.
Cross-Functional Projects: Engage in collaborative projects that require interdisciplinary teamwork, providing a holistic understanding of our business.
Feedback and Evaluation: Receive continuous feedback to track progress and tailor future rotations based on individual strengths and interests.
