NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to work onsite (2-3 days/week) with our global client in Orange, CT or Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed user stories for changes in customer site or mobile app.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to define and shape the product vision, requirements, and roadmap.
• Provide guidance and clarification to the development team to ensure successful implementation of features.
• Assist QA team ensuring product quality aligns with business expectations.
• Follow Agile principles and ceremonies.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in the energy sector, preferably electric or gas.
• Experience working with web application development teams.
• Experience working with agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
