This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a brand-new engineering team from the ground up. As an Engineering Team Lead, you’ll wear two hats: guiding and mentoring your team as a hands-on manager while actively contributing to the codebase as a skilled developer.

💡 Lead a Dream Team

• Build and grow a top-notch multi-disciplinary engineering team (data, backend, frontend, and QA).
• Scout, onboard, and nurture talent while fostering a culture of engineering excellence.
• Maintaining .NET Core and React code bases, along with PySpark data pipelines.

⚙️ Architect the Backbone of Innovation

• Design, code, and manage scalable, highly available systems.
• Own critical data pipelines, databases, services, and customer-facing features powered by the world’s largest digital behavioral database.

🎯 Champion Agile & User Success

• Partner with a rockstar Product Manager and UX Designer.
• Iterate on user-centric metrics to craft high-quality products at lightning speed.
