Fullstack Software Engineer

YOUR ROLE:

You will use your talents in software development, application architecture, design thinking and problem solving to help create rapid prototypes and enable the rapid acceleration of ideas. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client projects and build or be part of a high performing engineering team that consistently exceeds expectations. You will also work closely with project teams and business stakeholders and provide technical expertise that enables innovation.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive fullstack development
• Ensure code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
• Understand DevOps workflows
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure high performance, scalable and reliable designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum Methodologies

WHO YOU ARE:

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with the following qualifications and qualities:

• Deep technological expertise and a strong software development background.
• Experience in developing native cloud applications.
• A curious mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to various software environments and solutions.
• Proficiency in working with AI tools (Copilot, Phind etc...) to enhance delivery capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-group collaboration skills.
• Independent thinker with a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organisational skills.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Experience in developing scalable, reliable, and secure applications
• Strong understanding of common programming patterns and principles.
• Strong team player.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience (8 years minimum for senior). Preferred technologies include ReactJS for frontend development and NodeJS/Java/Python/PHP for backend development.

Candidates with experience in one or more of the following are preferred:

• Solution Architecture
• Cloud Computing Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc...)
• Web3 (Metaverse, Blockchain, etc...)
• Native Mobile Development (iOS, Android)
• Hybrid Mobile Development (Flutter, React Native)

We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require sponsorship of a visa.
