Fullstack Software Engineer - Commercial Team

Our Commercial Feature Team 

Even though the team contributes to several parts of our tech stack, most of our contributions are focused on Salesforce.

While working on Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to use advanced technologies such as Apex (similar to Java) and Lightning Web Components (based on web standards like JavaScript and HTML). This allows you to stay at the forefront of technological innovation.

You will work on a variety of projects ranging from creating new features to integrating with other systems. Your work will have a direct impact on our 600+ sales. To give you an example, the team is currently working on a project to predict churn (the percentage of customers who stop using our services).

What will you do?

  • Work with the Product Team to understand, map and analyze our current business procedures in relation to Business
  • Develop and implement new features defined by the Product Team and needed by the Business Team using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura components and Flows
  • Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third party applications
  • Evaluate costs and benefits of future development for existing software, present proposals to the main stakeholders.
  • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field
  • Minimum two years experience with frontend (Javascript) and backend (ideally Java) development
  • Fluent in English and ability to work with cross-functional teams

Bonus points:

  • Salesforce Knowledge, skills in Lightning Web Component
  • Strong analytical mind
  • Ability to gather and synthesize requirements, create a solution matching said requirements, test it, roll it out and train people on it
  • Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests and manage communication laterally and upwards
  • Being able to adapt your speech from Technical to Sales people
  • Passionate, innovative, and fast learner: We will provide strong trainings
  • Ability to be heavily multi-tasking (involved in a lot of projects and business streams in parallel)
