Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with expertise in data, digital solutions, and cloud technologies to design, develop, and optimize scalable applications. In this role, you will work across the entire development lifecycle, from front-end UI/UX to back-end services, ensuring seamless integration with cloud infrastructure and data pipelines.
The ideal candidate has strong proficiency in modern front-end and back-end frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and database management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance, data-driven applications that enhance digital experiences.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and build full stack applications to be deployed in the cloud - Support business growth digitally.
- Leading development of project workstreams, mentoring less experienced developers - Support business growth digitally.
- Manage technical issue resolution, work together with team member to arrive at feasible solution - Building sustainable digital platform.
- Ensure critical system is secured and high availability, and stable with effective application monitoring - System Availability.
- Lead application support activities including production incident resolution and application monitoring - System Availability.
- Gatekeeper for team source code. Review and merge developer code before production rollout - Increase Quality of Work.
- Attend meeting with business and IT stakeholder, provide effort estimation and solution for change request, unplanned business demand - Support business growth digitally.
- Work with solution architect and provide design feasibility input, current pain points, cost impact - Building sustainable digital platform.
- Update Jenkins pipeline to include continuous integration, continuous testing, continuous deployment - Time to Deployment.
- Ensure application is secured, vulnerabilities fixed, latest patch applied, audit finding addressed - Security and Governance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- > 5 years of experience developing application with Nodejs and 1 year of NextJs
- Experience with developing large-scale distributed cloud systems
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages/libraries/frameworks (NextJs, Tailwind)
- Knowledge of backend languages/libraries/frameworks (Nodejs)
- Experience developing with microservices, serverless Lambda, API Gateways, DynamoDB will be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A desire to help lead organizational change.
