About the role: 

We’re looking for Fullstack developers who are passionate about solving complex problems and who thrive in a dynamic setting that balances focused individual work with strong team collaboration.

As part of our Performance and Scalability team, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining the SWIFT testing framework that supports automated performance testing and benchmarking across product releases.

We operate with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and we expect the same from every team member. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready solutions in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role involves close coordination with our SWIFT architecture team based in Canada, which will require flexibility for occasional off-hours discussions and team meetings.

Responsibilities:-

• Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly UIs using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and CSS
• Extend and optimize backend APIs and services in Python Flask
• Design database models, queries, and reports using PostgreSQL
• Deploy and manage Dockerised services hosted on AWS EC2 
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git and automation workflows (e.g., GitLab or GitHub Actions) 
• Integrate with AWS services (S3, SQS, Lambda) and external systems 
• Collaborate with QA on JMeter, Selenium, and Playwright integration workflows
• Contribute to the platform’s AI readiness by supporting telemetry collection, smart test execution logic, and intelligent test selection
• Support AI-driven testing features, such as automatic test generation based on recent usage patterns or user prompts
• Participate in roadmap planning, UI/UX refinement, and long-term platform scalability
• Build modular components and APIs to support a plugin-based architecture.

Requirements

Qualifications :-

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in React, Python Flask, and API design
• Experience building UI components, data-driven dashboards, and developer-facing tools
• Comfortable with PostgreSQL and designing performant queries
• Familiar with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows (GitLab/GitHub)
• Strong experience deploying applications on AWS EC2 and managing cloud-native resources
• Ability to design multi-container architectures
• Understanding of how to run and scale containerized test engines independently of the app
• Knowledge of multi-threaded and parallel test execution strategies
• Solid understanding of automation tools and frameworks like JMeter, Selenium, and Playwright
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, especially around telemetry analysis, automation intelligence, or prompt-based automation
• Experience with prompt engineering or LLM integration.

This role will require you to be based in Bengaluru.
