Text customers generate a ton of communication data. They spend hours analyzing it weekly to improve their customer service and sales.
Our role is to automate that work and deliver ready-made insights. This way, customers can focus on making decisions instead of manipulating the data in spreadsheets.
Type of Work You Will Do
We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to help us deliver exceptional solutions faster while staying closely aligned with our customers' needs. If you are a developer who sees technology as a means to an end, enjoys working in a developing environment with minimal processes, and loves creating high-impact products, we'd love to welcome you to our team.
Here's what you'll be involved in:

Building and Integrating Data-Driven Solutions: Collaborating with internal and external APIs to gather, process, and transform data into actionable insights.

Data Operations and Analysis: Converting raw data into valuable outcomes using efficient algorithms and lightweight data processing techniques.

Customer-Centered Innovation: Working directly or indirectly with clients to understand their needs and tailor technical solutions to effectively address them.

Intuitive Dashboards and Interfaces: Designing user-friendly dashboards and reports that visualize complex data, enabling clients to focus on insights rather than monitoring.

Short- and Long-Term Goals: Operating in quarterly goals, supporting team objectives, and working on data collection.
What We’re Looking For

Strong Technical Foundation: You have experience working with JavaScript (React), Node.js (preferably Deno, but it’s not mandatory), and PostgreSQL. You also have a solid understanding of APIs and data processing. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

Analytical Mindset: Basic knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts, combined with the ability to translate them into practical solutions, is an added advantage.

Responsibility and Initiative: You are someone who takes ownership of outcomes and enjoys shaping solutions as they evolve.
