About the Job:
We’re looking for a versatile Fullstack AI Engineer who thrives in both front-end and back-end environments while building and integrating advanced AI models. This role is critical in developing custom LLMs and specialized AI agents for clients, requiring end-to-end ownership of projects. This is a unique opportunity to work on a range of projects, taking a hands-on approach to both the core AI engineering and application development.
Reporting directly to our Head of AI Engineering, you’ll have a direct impact on our technology roadmap, aligning your work with core business and customer needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop full-stack solutions to support AI-driven applications, encompassing both front-end and back-end engineering.
- Build and implement LLMs and other AI models, focusing on creating custom AI agents from concept through to deployment.
- Act as a hands-on utility player, developing core AI infrastructure while supporting other engineering tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and tailor solutions, creating a tight feedback loop between product development and client needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions that align with both customer and business objectives.
- Stay at the forefront of AI and engineering trends to continually advance our technical stack and enhance our customer offerings.
What You’ll Need:
- 7-8 years of overall experience, including experience in AI engineering, or a master’s degree in AI, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in building and deploying full-stack applications, including front-end and back-end development.
- Hands-on experience in developing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and other AI models.
- Ability to transition seamlessly between data engineering, model development, and application integration.
- Strong customer-facing skills with a track record of delivering tailored solutions for clients.
- Background in working within early-stage or 0-1 environments, bringing products from idea to launch.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
