Inventory Control
Analyzing and responding to product movement
Displays and Merchandising
Quality Control
Supervising and arranging on-going training of Deli Employees
Creating a cleaning schedule and ensuring compliance
Receiving and Claims management
Performance Management
Fostering teamwork and cooperation within the department
Deli Management responsibilities, including opening and closing the store
