- Providing exceptional customer service
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- Purchasing/Ordering
- Inventory Control
- Analyzing and responding to product movement
- Displays and Merchandising
- Quality Control
- Supervising and arranging on-going training of Deli Employees
- Creating a cleaning schedule and ensuring compliance
- Receiving and Claims management
- Performance Management
- Fostering teamwork and cooperation within the department
- Deli Management responsibilities, including opening and closing the store
- This role supports both the grocery & deli departments of the store
