Full Stack No-Code Developer - Workflow Specialist

We are a fast-growing company dedicated to leveraging innovative technology to streamline workflows and build scalable solutions. We are seeking a Full Stack No-Code Developer - Workflow Specialist with expertise in no-code development platforms and strong skills in designing and implementing workflows. Familiarity with tools like n8n, Pipedream or any other AI workflow platforms is essential for this role. Familiarity with Zapier is a plus. Knowledge on pulling API payloads, meta data mapping, building homogeneous schemas from different sources is important to the deliverables and projects involved.

Job Description

As a Full Stack No-Code Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing workflows to support business operations and application development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions using no-code platforms while ensuring seamless integration with other systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Workflow Design: Develop and implement workflows using no-code platforms like n8n or Pipedream to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Integration Development: Build integrations between various APIs, databases, and third-party tools to create cohesive systems.
• Application Development: Design and deploy in-house applications using no-code tools, ensuring they meet both functional and user experience requirements.
• Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical workflows, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, integrations, and processes for future reference.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in workflows or integrations to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or workflow design.
• Proven expertise in no-code platforms like n8n or Pipedream is required.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in building workflows using no-code tools.
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies is a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Additional Skills:
• Experience working with AI-powered tools for workflow automation is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is desirable.
