Who You Are

1. You’re a Tech Wizard
• You’ve spent 5+ years sharpening your swords in software/quality engineering, building epic tools, and automation.
• You’re fluent in at least one programming language—be it Python, TypeScript, Go, or something else entirely. (Function signatures in Elvish also accepted.)
2. You Love All the Platforms
• Web, desktop, mobile, backend? You say “Yes, please!” to them all.
• You’ve dabbled with CI/CD pipelines in the cloud because manually building and deploying is so 2015.
3. AI Explorer
• You’ve implemented or integrated AI in your projects—or you’re itching to. We want to see your inner AI whisperer in action!
4. You Speak DevOps
• Docker? Check. AWS or other cloud providers? Double check.
• The cloud.init() function is second nature to you.
5. You’re a Curiosity-Driven Collaborator
• You thrive in a team and love sprinkling your knowledge around—like confetti, but with more references to stack traces.
• Communication is your secret weapon: you turn jargon into jokes.

• Design and maintain robust pipelines to keep code flowing from dev to prod without a single tear shed.

Utilize your cloud know-how to ensure every environment is smooth-sailing.Collaborate & Conquer

• Work with squads across the engineering org, injecting your quality tools into their day-to-day like secret sauce in a gourmet burger.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives—because “meh” is not in your vocabulary.Teach & Transfer

• Share your brilliant solutions with teams, transferring ownership so everyone can help level up the entire org.
