RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and React.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Implement security and data protection measures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development.
REQUIREMENTS
- +3 years of demonstrated expertise in front end with React.
- Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React.
- Deep understanding of PHP syntax and semantics. Proficiency in PHP 7.x and 8.x versions. At least 1-2 years of experience.
- Expertise in popular PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, Zend, or CodeIgniter.
- Proficiency in the English language. Very good English communications skills.
- Able to deliver complex tasks independently and with initiative.
- Understanding of the MVC architecture and design patterns.
- Advanced skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, optimization, and database design.
- Ability to work with front-end developers and integrate front-end elements.
- Proficient in using Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Experience with branching, merging, and pull requests.
- Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency using debugging tools.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Skills in profiling and optimizing PHP applications for speed and scalability.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker).
- Familiarity with StoryBook.
- Familiarity with Swagger.
