As a Homie, you are learning to be a bar raiser, which means you come with

• 2+ years of Web Software Engineering experience (internship experience counts)
• Familiarity or experience with MVC software framework: Ruby and Rails or experience with a full-stack backend framework such as Spring or Django, and proven ability to learn new frameworks and languages.
• Comfortable with HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with Front End Javascript frameworks like React, or Vue
• Understanding of object-oriented software design
• Development experience using version control systems such as GitHub
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines or equivalent required
• English language proficiency
• Highly motivated, with a passion to learn and grow
• Ability to work from the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Helping to design, build, and implement incredible software solutions that enhance the value of the Homebase software platform to impact the lives of our customers. You will be a part of a passionate and dynamic community eager to take innovation to the next level.  

• You’ll help Product Engineering deliver value to our customers through feature development, enhancements, and bug fixes on our web platform
• You will learn and put into practice our current engineering strategy and development process to build high-quality code and documentation
• Actively participating in team meetings, offering insights, and asking relevant questions
• Engage in self-learning through online resources, courses, and workshops to enhance technical proficiency
