The Client Insights team focuses on helping clients unlock the full potential of their data in Alloy. We rely on analytics and data science to help clients understand their risks and then improve their policies to better detect fraud and stay up to date with industry best practices. The Client Insights team is made up of data scientists, data engineers and full stack engineers who are working to deliver in-app tools that leverage client data to enhance the user experience and quicker detect fraud in as automated of a way as possible.
Like all engineering teams at Alloy, we work all across the Alloy codebase and product and regularly collaborate with other engineering squads as well as cross-functional partners outside of engineering. Our features cover the full stack, from PostgreSQL, Redshift, Opensearch for data storage; NodeJS and Python API for backend services; and React/Redux for our frontend. We deploy using GitHub, CircleCI, Docker, and AWS, among other tools.
In this role you will get to work alongside our data engineers and data scientists to integrate machine learning models as well as valuable and actionable insights directly into the Alloy product. You will be responsible for building scalable and maintainable connectors into our data stores and intuitive data visualizations for our customers to interact with directly.

This position has a salary range of $131,000 to $154,000. The base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and region. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for equity awards in the form of stock options (ISOs).
