Full Stack Engineer - High Volume

GoodTime is on a mission to make every minute count by solving the age-old problem of scheduling. We believe that having the right meetings between the right people at the right time makes every minute count and enables teams to achieve their mission faster. Our journey to disrupt the way meetings are scheduled started with intelligently automating job interviews using automation and AI technologies. We help companies like Zoom, Slack, Airbnb, Box, Dropbox, Shopify, Hulu, and Cruise shorten their time to hire by automating interview scheduling! GoodTime also automates ad hoc business meetings and is poised to extend its technologies to other business-critical meetings to become the world's first scheduling platform. 

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement new features and be a key contributor to the technical roadmap
• Team up with other engineers to foster solid engineering principles and represent our engineering values
• Work with languages, technologies, and platforms such as React, Redux, Node, Javascript/Typescript, Redis, Postgres, AWS Cloud Technologies

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience in Software development with a focus on front end 
• 2+ years experience in Javascript/Typescript and a Frontend framework, preferably React / Redux
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are comfortable learning new technologies and systems.
• Advanced knowledge of web development, with a deep understanding of the JavaScript ecosystem
• Experience in Object-Oriented Design and Development and test-driven development
• Experience with relational databases
• Solid understanding of REST communication

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS
• Experience with web performance
• Experience with CSS
• You have gone through a rapid growth in your company (from 10 to 100s of engineers)

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000 - Contract to Hire

GoodTime uses market data to determine the compensation ranges listed on our job posting based on the level of skills and abilities needed. Some candidates may have a level of skills that matches another range based on their experience, skills, credentials and expertise. The majority of candidates will likely fall in the middle of the range depending on experience, skills, credentials and expertise.
