About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled, proactive Full Stack Developer to join our Web team. You’ll be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performing web applications that integrate with headless CMS platforms—turning modern designs into seamless, scalable user experiences.
You’ll work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to bring projects to life, contribute ideas, and help shape the technical direction of our growing digital ecosystem.
What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain modern, high-performing web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Integrate and extend Contentstack and other headless CMS platforms and systems via APIs
Translate designs into responsive, accessible web experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and implement new features
Identify and resolve technical issues, refactor code, and reduce technical debt
Contribute to our developer documentation and best practices
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and bring fresh ideas to the team
A successful candidate will have:
Strong skills with React and Next.js, and proficiency in TypeScript
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Experience working with headless CMS platforms (Contentstack preferred; WordPress a plus)
Familiarity with Vercel or similar deployment tools
Experience with Git version control, branching strategies, and CI/CD workflows—comfortable with code reviews, testing releases in staging environments, and coordinating production deployments
Experience using Figma and collaborating with design teams
Understanding of web performance, accessibility, and analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Google Analytics)
Strong grasp of information architecture and application structure
Self-directed and resourceful—you're an independent thinker who can investigate problems, propose solutions, and execute without consistent oversight
Collaborative communicator—you enjoy working with both technical and non-technical teammates
Adaptable—you thrive in environments where priorities shift and can pivot quickly between strategic projects and urgent requests
Quality-focused—you take pride in creating clean, documented, and maintainable code
Curious—you enjoy learning new tools, exploring better ways to build, and eagerly iterate based on user feedback
What Makes You Stand Out
You've maintained and improved large, complex web applications over time
You have strong opinions about information architecture and how applications should be structured
You've successfully balanced stakeholder needs across multiple teams
You can point to projects where you've taken ownership from concept to deployment
Why Join Us
Work on impactful digital products used by global enterprises and a 2M+ professional community
Join a collaborative, supportive team that values innovation and continuous learning
Enjoy the flexibility of a remote-first culture with opportunities to connect in person
Where you’ll be working: We proudly support a collaborative remote environment for our globally distributed teammates, while also using our Boulder office as a resource. #LI-Remote
