Job Description
- Analysing the enhancement requests for existing products to ensure validity and appropriateness of enhancement requirements.
- Understanding the probable implications of enhancement of the product operations at existing clients and working out appropriate actions under the guidance of Team Lead Software Development.
- Ensuring flexibility while addressing customer requirements for enhancement through adding appropriate parametric fixing.
- Implementing appropriate and timely bug fixing, version upgrade related procedures to ensure smooth processes at clients end.
- Accurately analyzing the issues reported by Implementation and Help Desk teams and providing guidance and necessary knowledge to resolve them at their level.
- Creating appropriate implementation utilities so as to empower them implementation team to independently handle on-site installations.
- Organizing timely meetings with Implementation and Help Desk Teams to understand their technical assistance related requirements and completing them on priority after validation with Team Lead Software.
- Periodically interacting with Implementation and Help Desk Team to update on unresolved issues and implementing the permanent solution in Sharing consultation with Team Lead Software Development.
- Updating development documents with the changes carried out in the support releases and keeping track of enhancement/development.
- Upgrading one's product and technical knowledge periodically to ensure immediate solutions to customers technical requirements independently.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Experience: 2-5 yrs
- Business Application Development in MS .net, Angular 4, Bootstrap,JQuery, RESTful Services.
- Proficient in MS-SQL and Support Exposure
- Source Controls like Git, Svn and releases Management processes
- Basic knowledge about Employee Self Service processes.
