Our client, a construction related company is seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, including maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and processing of small volume payroll.

Duties:

  • Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare financial reports
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budgeting processes
  • Day to day general office management and coordination

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years recent related Bookkeeping experience
  • Proficiency in Sage 100 a plus
  • Strong knowledge of in-house payroll processing for up to 75 employees
  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records
  • Familiarity with general office management and clerical tasks
