Fulfillment Associate (w/ a Sense of Humor) Seasonal FTE/PTE and On Call

This role is one of shrewd attention to detail. If you don't totally blow the interview you could be responsible for Shinesty’s order fulfillment, ensuring inventory accuracy, assisting with receiving, and general warehouse cleanliness.

Pay $18.29/hr plus additional incentives available.

Morning weekday and Saturday shifts available. Extremely flexible scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain 99.99% Order Fulfillment Accuracy:
• Accurately pick, pack and ship orders
• Restock and maintain station cleanliness per daily duties
• Maintain aisle/pick bin organization and cleanliness.
• Inventory control through cycle counts and frequent inventory checks
• Assist with warehouse receiving and product movement
• Maintain equipment maintenance and cleanliness
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, policies and procedures of Shinesty and standards established by OSHA
• Stellar communication interdepartmental
• Demonstrate company values and visions with a kick-ass attitude
• Show up for your shifts, on time.
• If you are the hardest working, most bad-ass, chillest of the wiliest, you may have an opportunity to stay on the team become full-time

• Specific vision required for this job includes close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.

This position will require the flexibility to work diverse schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The job requires an individual to routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and desks. As well as standard warehouse equipment such as tablets, scanners, hand dollies, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
