What you'll do:
- Relationship with the markets and partners about Algo tasking KPIs and Tasking strategy
- Support the development of an algo-tasking pool, working with the Global Personalization Team
- Follow up plans to drive an increase in Algo Tasking KPIs (effectiveness, visits with tasks, etc)
- Support markets and track down Algo Tasking related issues with the product, data and Ops teams
- Support the creation of the algo tasking PMO materials with leadership and presentations – gathering all analysis needed, engaging stakeholders and creating the materials
- Create reports on tasking
- Be the owner of global & markets governance and routines, as well as topics to be addressed.
- Manage product and business documentation, draw process flow diagrams and mind maps on Confluence
- Prepare monthly and quarterly meetings, reports, presentations and tracking of action plans with areas.
What you'll need:
- High proficiency in English (Fluent), Portuguese (Fluent), ideally Spanish (Intermediate)
- Location: São Paulo – SP
- At least 1 year of experience in a field sales role (sales manager, BDR, district manager, etc)
- Ability to guide, coach and advise at all organizational levels to effect sustainable change and improving the project and process maturity level of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Ability to work well across multiple stakeholders and moderate large groups
- Continuous improvement and learning mindset
- Leadership skills and strong ability to demonstrate influence and champion for change
- Experience in managing, leading and coaching people
- Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities and develop creative solutions
- Technical skills desirable, to assist product or service usage in markets (SQL, python)
- Excellent organizational and cross functional skills
- Proactivity, accountability, self-organization, and ability to perform multiple tasks are essential
- Advanced Excel for compiling reports from different sources, data analysis and reporting
- Advanced PowerPoint to build Stakeholder’s presentation, executive status reports and dashboards
