The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Sprinto, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic and collaborative team. You are not just a coder; you are a problem solver and a versatile programmer who thrives in a cross-functional environment.
The role requires hands-on experience and a willingness to contribute across various aspects of the development process.
Responsibilities
- Use your extensive programming experience to create scalable and efficient solutions that enhance user engagement and functionality.
- Manage a large-scale frontend codebase, ensuring it is optimized for speed, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with design teams to refine application interfaces. Apply meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics to ensure that the final product is both functional and visually appealing.
- Develop and oversee frontend testing suites to ensure application reliability and robustness before deployment.
- Understand and focus on the business and customer problems being solved through code. Efficiently make trade-offs in software development to meet business goals, ensuring solutions are delivered on time.
Requirements
- You are a hands-on programmer and have professionally programmed for at least 8 Plus years in building web applications.
- Familiarity with architecting and managing large-scale frontend codebase.
- Attention to detail and have an opinion on UI/UX to build complex frontend applications
- Prior experience in building and managing design systems and maintaining frontend test suites
- You are a quick learner and prefer picking up tools & languages as needed for solving the problem at hand in the best way possible
- You understand that, ultimately, Code is in the service of the business/customer problem it solves, and thrive in making tradeoffs that solve such problems efficiently
- While we do not expect you to have experience in our current tech stack, it is a bonus if you do — you can start contributing sooner. Our current tech stack is: node js, react, apollo-graphql, Postgres, aws.
