The ideal candidate is a driven, charismatic, task-oriented, outgoing, logical thinking, multi-tasker who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our patients are treated with the highest level of care. Must be a fast learner, possess amazing communication skills, and have excellent phone etiquette. Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office is essential.
Major Responsibilities:
The supervisor will work as a member of the clinic team to provide smooth outpatient flow resulting in optimum patient satisfaction and clinic operation. Major functions include the supervision of staff and serving as a resource to our patients. This position will be based primarily in Montebello, California.

Successful completion of Medical Assistant Diploma program
High school graduate or GED
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certificate preferred, not required.
