We are looking for a dedicated and professional Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. As a crucial part of our hospitality team, you will oversee daily front office operations, train and motivate staff, and provide support to the Front Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Controling FDA & GRO staff
- Coordinate with other departments for complaints, guests requests and room arrangements.
- Responsible to ensure Daily Operation ran well and smooth at all area
- Able to perform well under pressure, open minded person.
- Having passion to serve, sociable, and open minded.
Requirements
- Educational and Professional Qualification (Min Diploma In Hospitality Industry)
- Relevant working experiences.
- Understand and knowledgable of Front Office and Hotel Operations
- Honest, responsible, hardworker and willing to help
