Job Highlights:
As a Front-End Developer with RGi, your role will be to support the modernization of a system that incorporates the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and DevSecOps to provide Computer Vision capabilities. In this position, you will be expected to think creatively and apply UX design principles in designing, implementing, testing, and integrating new and updated front-end components using Svelte.

Clearance:
- Active Top Secret clearance with an ability to obtain SCI access and willingness to obtain CI Polygraph

In this role, you will...
- Work with multiple scrum teams to develop immersive user interfaces using Svelte, HTML, CSS, and Typescript
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Proactively engage as a thought leader within the team, driving innovative approaches and strategies that elevate our front-end development practices.
- Contribute to the optimization of code for maximum performance and efficiency
- Optimize code for seamless performance and rapidly address any potential issues
- Uphold and champion industry best practices for the creation of top-tier web applications
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the formation of highly effective, collaborative teams
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with user interface development in Angular, React, Svelte, or similar framework
- Experience creating and maintaining Enterprise web applications and integrating with back end services
- Strong experience in CSS and creating page layouts using component libraries and toolkits
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
Additional Skills We'd Like to See:
- Knowledge of architecture styles and APIs including REST
- Understanding of GIS concepts (ESRI tools, OGC Standards)
- Experience working with CI pipelines
- Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana
- Experience with AWS environments
- Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment
- Security+ Certification
