As a Front End developer you will be responsible for transforming the design and the product vision into working products and will directly influence how users will interact with the system.
You will work hard to stay on top of fast changing technology and invest a lot of energy in creating a clean interfaces with great user experience
Responsibilities
- Translate design requirements into functional, user-friendly products and interfaces
- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, such as designers, data scientists, and product managers and drive internal alignment
- Work closely with backend developers to understand and properly use the systems APIs Write both unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools for daily tasks
- Design rapid prototypes for early customer validation of new interfaces
- Collaborate closely with designers and customers to design the best user experiences with sustainable frameworks
- Collaborate with product managers to implement tools and features that align with overall product strategy and client needs
- Develop high quality, well documented and efficient code
Key Skills
- Domain Expertise
- 2-8 years of experience as a frontend developer building modern JavaScript-based web applications
- Experience as a Developer on a cross-functional agile team preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in modern frontend development technologies and frameworks, particularly:
- React and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, Context API, etc.).
- TypeScript for statically typed JavaScript development.
- HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or Less), and responsive web design principles.
- Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
- Familiarity with frontend build tools and package managers such as Webpack, Parcel, or npm/yarn.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests and end-to-end tests using testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, and/or Cypress.
- Experience with state management solutions and patterns like Redux for managing application state in complex React applications.
- Understanding of browser compatibility issues and performance optimization techniques for web applications.
- Familiarity with backend technologies, especially NestJS (a TypeScript-based Node.js framework), and the ability to collaborate closely with backend developers.
- Awareness of security best practices for frontend development, including data validation, input sanitization, and protection against common web vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF).
